Yes, you can use an existing WhatsApp number with ChatHead. However, before onboarding, you must first delete the WhatsApp account linked to that number. If your number is currently being used with another Business API, you can migrate it to ChatHead after disabling the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) PIN with your existing BSP. Alternatively, you can use a different phone number to receive an OTP—this could be a Landline number or a regular SIM-based number. Once the number is migrated to the WhatsApp Business API and linked to ChatHead, it will be accessible only through ChatHead. If a number is used with ChatHead, regular voice calls will function as usual. However, WhatsApp voice and video calls are not supported via the WhatsApp Business API.

If you send a notification via the WhatsApp Business platform and your customer has not responded within the last 24 hours (a conversation is a 24 hour messaging window with a given phone number), the message will be chargeable. These charges vary based on the country code of your customer's WhatsApp account. We pass these costs on to you at actual rates, with no additional surcharge.

Subscription and WhatsApp conversation charges are non-refundable.
By subscribing, you agree that an e-mandate will be activated on your card, enabling automatic deductions for subscription fees and WhatsApp conversation charges incurred up to the final day of your subscription.
ChatHead does not offer refunds if you choose not to use the platform or discontinue usage without canceling your subscription. Charges will continue to apply until your subscription is officially cancelled.
